I was growing frustrated with contacting upholstery cleaning companies and either 1) never having my phone call returned or 2) not being able to schedule a convenient time around work and family obligations. When I found Kleenet’s website, they offered an easy calendar scheduling interface that allowed me to choose a time after work on a weekday (they also had a variety of weekend appointments available). I was able to schedule for the very next week!
Still skeptical, I was pleased to receive a phone call 20 minutes in advance of the scheduled appointment from the tech who said that they would arrive right at 6pm, my scheduled time. And they did! The tech and his assistant were extremely polite, even asking whether it was okay to park in my driveway and whether they should take care to keep my cat from running out the door. He got right to work and spent a great deal of time and attention to getting my couch looking clean and well cared-for.
After his work was done, he went the extra mile to thoroughly clean up after himself and explain the drying and future care instructions. I’m so pleased with the work and the great experience! Will definitely call again for any needs and recommend without hesitation.
